These terms are between you and the developer of Cleanmora. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. There is no account to close: you can stop at any time by deleting the app, and cancel any subscription in your Apple Account settings.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Cleanmora on Apple devices you own or control, under the usage rules of Apple's App Store. You may not sell, rent or sublicense the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law says you may regardless of what a contract states.
Cleanmora reads your photo library on your iPhone and suggests photos and videos that look like copies, near-copies, out-of-focus shots, screenshots or unusually large files. All of that analysis runs on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
The free version carries advertising. It shows one banner at the bottom of the main screens and, after some clean-ups, one full-screen ad. Ads are served by Google AdMob, are requested as non-personalised, and never contain anything drawn from your photo library. Cleanmora Pro removes them.
The suggestions are suggestions. Cleanmora selects what it thinks you can lose and shows you the selection before anything happens. Nothing is deleted until you confirm it, and iOS asks you to confirm again. You are responsible for what you choose to delete. Keep a backup you trust, whether that is iCloud Photos or a computer.
When you delete photos through Cleanmora, iOS moves them to the Recently Deleted album and keeps them there for about 30 days. The space is not freed until that album is emptied, which only you can do, in the Photos app.
Scanning your library, seeing the full result, and sorting photo by photo with Swipe and Sort are free, as are the progress ranks. Cleanmora Pro unlocks clearing in bulk, emptying every category in one confirmation, and background sweeps with their reminders, and it removes the advertising shown in the free version. It is offered two ways:
| Weekly | An auto-renewing subscription. It renews every week until you cancel it. New subscribers are offered a free trial period; when the trial ends, the subscription begins and is billed unless you cancelled first. |
|---|---|
| Lifetime | A single payment for permanent access on your Apple Account. It does not renew and it is not a subscription. |
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy, and they are the prices Apple charges in your region. They can change; a change never applies to a purchase you already made, and for a subscription Apple notifies you and asks you to agree before a raised price takes effect.
All purchases go through Apple, so all refunds do too. We cannot issue one. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal you have where you live, are unaffected by anything here.
Cleanmora has no accounts and collects no photos. What is and is not collected is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Cleanmora is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it is free of defects, that it will find every duplicate, or that it will never suggest a photo you wanted to keep. Where the law gives you warranties that cannot be excluded, they still apply.
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or lost photos, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for Cleanmora. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Any claim about the app, including product liability, a failure to conform to legal requirements, or a consumer-protection claim, is our responsibility and not Apple's. If a third party claims the app infringes their intellectual property, we are responsible for handling it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms can change. The date at the top changes with them, and a change that affects what you pay or what you get will be shown in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
