Questions people actually ask

I deleted gigabytes and my free space did not change.

This is iOS, not a bug. Deleted photos go to the Recently Deleted album and stay there for about 30 days so you can change your mind. The space comes back when that album is emptied. Open Photos, go to Albums, scroll to Recently Deleted, and choose Delete All. Cleanmora cannot do this for you: Apple deliberately reserves it for the Photos app.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Every comparison runs on your iPhone. There is no server, no account, and no artificial intelligence service in the loop. The privacy policy spells out exactly what does leave the device, which is crash reports and coarse usage counts, and how to switch those off.

Some of my photos were skipped.

Two likely reasons. If you granted access to only a selection of photos, Cleanmora can only see that selection: Settings → Cleanmora → Photos → All Photos fixes it. And if Optimize iPhone Storage is on, some originals live only in iCloud. Cleanmora reads their sizes but deliberately does not open them, because opening one would download it over your mobile data. Those items are counted and reported rather than silently ignored.

How do I cancel the weekly plan?

On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Cleanmora → Cancel. Cancelling before the free week ends means you are not charged. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so we cannot cancel or refund one for you; for refunds use reportaproblem.apple.com.

I paid on another phone and Cleanmora says I am not Pro.

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If that does not bring it back, write to us with the date of purchase and we will look it up.

Cleanmora suggested deleting a photo I wanted.

Nothing is deleted without you confirming it twice: once in the app and once in the system sheet iOS raises. If something did go, it is in Recently Deleted for 30 days and can be recovered from the Photos app. The keeper Cleanmora marks in each group is a suggestion and can always be changed before you bin anything.
