CLEANMORA

PRIVACY
POLICY

LAST UPDATED 4 AUGUST 2026

The short version. Cleanmora reads your photo library to find copies, similar frames and large files. That analysis happens entirely on your iPhone. Your photos and videos are never uploaded, never sent to us, and never sent to anyone else. We do not have an account system, so we do not know who you are.

Who we are

Cleanmora is an iPhone application. For questions about this policy or about your data, write to ovemora.support@gmail.com. We answer support mail from the same address.

What Cleanmora does not collect

What Cleanmora does collect

Four narrow things, and each one is listed below with who processes it and why.

DataWhyProcessor
Diagnostics
Crash reports, stack traces, device model, iOS version, app version
To find and fix crashes. Sent only when the app crashes or logs a handled error. Google (Firebase Crashlytics)
Usage events
Which screens were opened, whether a sweep completed, whether a purchase succeeded, plus coarse device, country and language
To understand which parts of the app are used and where people get stuck. Counts and sizes are bucketed into ranges before they are sent, so the number of photos in your library and the amount of space you freed are never transmitted exactly. Google (Firebase Analytics)
Advertising
Coarse device and network information sent with each ad request, including IP address, device model, iOS version, country and language
To fill the banner and the occasional full-screen ad that pay for the free version. Requests are made as non-personalised, so they are not used to build a profile of you, and no photo, no video and nothing derived from your library is ever part of an ad request. Cleanmora Pro removes ads entirely, and with them this row. Google (AdMob)
Purchase status
Whether a subscription or lifetime licence is active, and a randomly generated identifier for the installation
To unlock what you paid for and to restore it on a new device. Payment itself is handled by Apple; we never see your card details. RevenueCat, Apple

None of this is linked to a name, an email address or any account, because there is no account. The identifiers involved are generated per installation and are reset when you delete the app.

Third parties

Cleanmora uses three processors, listed above: Google for AdMob advertising and for Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, RevenueCat for purchase state, and Apple for payment processing and app distribution. Each of them is contractually required to protect this data to a standard equal to the one described in this policy, to process it only on our instructions, and not to sell it. Their own policies are here: Firebase, Google advertising, RevenueCat, Apple.

We do not send anything to any other service. There is no artificial-intelligence provider in this app: the photo comparison is arithmetic that runs on your phone, not a model call to a server.

Advertising, and how to switch it off

The free version of Cleanmora carries one banner at the bottom of the main screens and, after some clean-ups, one full-screen ad. They are served by Google AdMob and they are what pays for the version that costs nothing.

They are requested as non-personalised. The app does not read your advertising identifier and does not ask iOS for permission to track you, so the ads you see are not based on a profile of you built from other apps. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you are shown Google's consent message before any ad is requested, and your choice is stored on your device; you can bring it up again at any time by reinstalling the app.

Cleanmora Pro removes advertising completely — both the banner and the full-screen ad, from the moment the purchase completes rather than from the next launch. No further ad request is made while a Pro entitlement is active.

Turning analytics off

Usage events and crash reporting can be switched off inside the app, under Settings → Diagnostics and analytics. Everything else keeps working when they are off, because none of the cleaning features depend on them.

How long it is kept

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data relates to you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Because Cleanmora holds no account and no directly identifying information, the practical routes are: switch analytics off in Settings, delete the app, which resets the installation identifiers, and write to ovemora.support@gmail.com if you want us to look for and remove diagnostic records. If you contact us, we may ask for the approximate date and device model so the records can actually be found, since we have nothing else to search by.

Children

Cleanmora is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will remove it.

Deleting photos

Worth stating plainly, since it surprises people: when you delete photos through Cleanmora, iOS moves them to the Recently Deleted album and keeps them there for about 30 days. Your free space does not change until that album is emptied. Cleanmora cannot empty it for you, and it never claims the space is back before it is.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and any change that affects what is collected will be announced in the app before it takes effect.
